Why did the insurance company send me a check?

Some insurance companies pay the subscriber directly when the provider is not in network.  There are several things you can do with the check. You can deposit it and pay for the care with a personal check or credit or debit card. You can pay your account with our online portal or you can sign the check and send it to our office. Please send us a copy of the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) so we can properly post the payment to your account.
